Málaga CF continues its international expansion

Board member, Nayef Al Thani, and Presidential adviser, Carlos Pérez travelled to South Africa, along with LaLiga President, Javier Tebas, with the aim of collaborating and expanding horizons for both institutions.

Málaga CF continues to expand its sights and brand image beyond our borders.  Recently, Club Board member, Nayef Al Thani, and Presidential adviser, Carlos Pérez met with the major footballing institutions in the United States.  This time the destination is South Africa.

The Malaguista representation has travelled to South Africa, along with LaLiga President, Javier Tebas; and the director general of International Development in LaLiga, Vicente Casado.  They were met by the director of the LaLiga office in Johannesburg, Antonio Barradas.

Nayef Al Thani and Carlos Pérez also visited the city of Durban (one of the headquarters of the 2010 World Cup, which Spain won), to get to know the different locations and facilities, and also analyse the possibility, without making anything concrete as yet, of undertaking a pre-season tour in the future.

Málaga CF continues its policy of expansion and strengthens the good relationship with LaLiga, and its collaboration for another year with the LaLiga World project – following the last two tours of Australia and South America.  This project predominantly contributes to taking the name of the Blue and Whites’ Club; the other clubs in the competition; LaLiga; and the Spanish footballing brand, all over the world.
