Following a spectacular performance by fifty dancers, the Portuguese-born player took part in the prize-giving ceremony, one of the prizes being his Champions League shirt.  The ‘Malaguista’ signed hundreds of autographs and took photos with fans as he left the Alameda Theatre.
 
The money raised for the AECC will go towards the care of cancer sufferers, as well as helping to fund 11 homes where both children and adults suffering with the disease receive treatment in Málaga capital.
