Malaguistas who cannot attend the match have the option to transfer their seat to the club. To do this, Málaga CF season ticket holders need to visit the official Málaga CF website. In the section located at the top left, go to ‘Tickets’ which will take you to the koobin platform, where ticket purchases are managed.
Once inside, again in the section located at the top left, click on ‘Members’ and enter your ID and PIN. After entering your personal details, click on ‘Events.’ A banner entitled ‘Upcoming Events’ will automatically appear, showing the match for the corresponding week (in this case, Málaga CF - CD Mirandés). Then click on ‘Release’ and confirm the release again in a subsequent window.
Once the process is completed, the seat will be available for sale, and if it is sold, the club will reimburse the season ticket holder 40% of the final sale price. This amount will be credited as a balance that will be deducted from the price of the season ticket for the 25/26 season.
The transfer of the seat to the club will be available until two hours before the start of the match. If you wish to reclaim your seat, you will need to log back into the ‘Members’ section and enter your ID and PIN. By clicking on ‘Events’ and finding the match for that week, the option to ‘Reclaim’ will replace the ‘Release’ option, followed by an automatic confirmation banner.
