This is a special time for Loren Zúñiga. The striker, although still at ‘Juvenil’ age, has played with the Club’s first three teams this 21/22 season. Two matches with Málaga CF in LaLiga SmartBank, 16 with Malagueño in Tercera RFEF (six goals) plus another six with the Juvenil ‘A’ in División de Honor (three goals).
In addition, he’s also been on international duty with the Under-19s this season, taking part in two friendlies.
Loren, called-up by national coach Santi Denia, will be in concentration with his teammates between Monday 21st and Wednesday 23rd February at the Ciudad del Fútbol de la RFEF in Las Rozas, Madrid. He’ll be in training on Monday and Tuesday afternoon, the day before Spain-Norway on Wednesday 23rd (11:00, Las Rozas).
The international friendly against Norway will act as preparation for Spain ahead of next month’s Elite Round, in which Spain have to earn a place in the European Under-19 Championship taking place in June and July in Slovakia.
