Málaga Club de Fútbol’s first team has had its last training session at the Hotel Golf Campoamor facilities this afternoon before it has its first test of the preseason, when the blue and whites play Horadada (11.00 hours, Campoamor facilities), in this preseason’s first test for Manuel Pellegrini’s squad. The team ran laps and carried out rounds, the players worked on transitions from defence-attack and the session ended with a mini game on a reduced pitch. Baptista, with a knock to his leg, and Kris, with a strain, dropped out, both received treatment. Also absent was injured Weligton, who travelled to Málaga with Recio and Isco, to rest after his injury, the young players will join Spain’s U-20 tomorrow for the World Cup tournament that takes place in Colombia on 29th July to 20th August. Present were Sports Director Antonio Fernández and members of the Advisory Board José Carlos Pérez and Francisco Martín Aguilar.
