Larrubia back in action with the Under-18s

The young homegrown player took part in the second half of the second game for Spain’s U-18s in the Algarve International Tournament, which ended in a draw against Romania.

Two matches, two draws. David Gordo’s Spain, after scoring a point against Turkey (1-1) in last Saturday’s debut match, came back to claim another draw in their second match of the tournament in Portugal.

Although he was in the starting line-up, played 90 minutes and made a goal assist, this time Malaguista David Larrubia left the substitutes’ bench against Romania. The left-back played the final 35 minutes of the exciting match against Romania’s Under-18s, which ended in a 2-2 draw.

The next match for the national side is taking place tomorrow, Wednesday at Estadio Algarve at 16:00. The rival is host team, Portugal.
