La Rosaleda pays tribute to Gallardo on the 25th anniversary of his death
La Rosaleda stadium paid an emotional tribute yesterday to the Malaga-born goalkeeper, José Antonio Gallardo Marín, on the 25th anniversary of his death.
The digital scoreboards at the Martiricos campus projected a video showing press clippings of the time which conveyed the world of sport’s shock when the sportsman tragically died in 1987 after he received a heavy blow during a football match.
