Last week the Malaguista camps were held in the towns of Alozaina, Frigiliana and Manilva, whilst the closing ceremony was held at La Rosaleda Stadium.
Various members of the Málaga CF team were present at the diploma presentation, including Rubén Castro, Fran Sol, Javi Jiménez, Jonas Ramalho, Rubén Yáñez as well as homegrown players Andrés Caro and Carlos López.
“For the children of Frigiliana this has been a special day. We have renewed our commitment to supporting Málaga,” said the mayor of Frigiliana, Alejandro Herrero to MCFTV. “We really like coming here. In Frigiliana there are many Málaga fans, we want to do our bit and we feel very comfortable here,” he added.
The children participating in the MCF Camp enjoyed a Friday to remember on the pitch and in the stands at La Rosaleda. The perfect finishing touch after a week full of activities at “La Pasadilla” municipal ground in Alozaina; “Las Viñas” municipal ground in Manilva; along with the municipal facilities of Frigiliana, the sponsor of our Supercapacitad@s Football School through the Town Hall.
Freestyler Nabil Hamza, a member of the professional FreestyleFoci Club took part in the closing ceremony, showcasing his skill with the ball to the delight of the children.
The next MCF Camps will be held between 2nd and 6th April with Benahavís, Cuevas Bajas and Torrox the venues during Easter Week.
