Málaga CF and LALIGA organised an inclusive emergency drill featuring Málaga Genuine as the main focus.
Málaga Club de Fútbol and LALIGA held the first inclusive drill this past Wednesday in collaboration with Málaga Genuine. The participation of individuals with physical and intellectual disabilities represents a further step in organising football matches while considering special needs in emergency situations.
The large attendance at La Rosaleda for LALIGA matches requires significant coordination among all parties involved. The protection and wellbeing of all fans depend on the collaboration between Málaga CF, LALIGA, law enforcement, medical personnel, and the club's security staff.
This initiative aims to improve the organisation of football matches by establishing guidelines for responding to various situations, such as fainting, crowd surges, and other emergencies that require quick and efficient action.
In the morning session, information was provided to the key participants of the club's self-protection plan. In the afternoon, a crowd surge drill took place featuring the players from Málaga Genuine. The scenario was designed to be as realistic as possible, involving the National Police, Local Police, Red Cross, professionals from the club, LALIGA, various services, and the club's security company.
Everything went very well on the first attempt. With Málaga Genuine, there was never any doubt!
