Málaga CF and the fans are determined to turn the situation around. Around 500 Blue and White fans showed up at the Estadio de La Cerámica in Vila-real to secure three crucial points, travelling a round trip of some 1,300 kilometres to cheer on the team.
Málaga CF's fans have filled the stadium’s stands with more than 20,000 spectators on a Monday at 21:00. They have travelled to Andorra and, days later, to Castellón en masse. They have broken purchase records for official kits, the 'NO TICKETS' sign has been displayed on two occasions, and they’ve never stopped believing despite the difficulty of the situation. Anyone outside of MCF probably thinks this is all crazy. No, it's not crazy. This is Memory, Commitment and Faith. This is MALAGUISMO.
Pellicer's men are playing at home again this Sunday and, logically, at La Rosaleda they have a new reason to believe. The Club will once again use the formula that is bringing its fans so much success, offering a free ticket to every Loyal Malaguista for the next game against FC Cartagena (Sunday 16th at 18:30).
