Málaga CF and CaixaBank have signed an agreement whereby the banking group renews as official Club sponsor for the next three seasons, until 2022. For the seventh consecutive year, both companies join forces and will thus fulfil 10 years of their bond, as the finance group joined Málaga CF in 2012.
The renewal was carried out at the ‘Juan Cortés’ press room at La Rosaleda, where the regional director of CaixaBank in Eastern Andalucía and Murcia, Juan Ignacio Zafra; Málaga CF’s public and institutional relations adviser, Francisco Martín Aguilar; and Club adviser, Antonio Benítez signed the sponsorship agreement.
This classic union establishes an intense collaboration within three keys areas: brand rights, financing and actions aimed at fans.
CaixaBank is one of our premium sponsors. The sponsorship also includes hospitality packages for clients of the entity and advertising via Málaga’s various communication channels.
Likewise, the agreement renews CaixaBank’s status as a reference for Málaga CF’s financial operations and maintains collaborations in other commercial areas such as the issuance of cards designed and personalised for followers of the team.
In addition, CaixaBank participates in the MCF Foundation’s ‘Blue and White Values’ campaign, promoting healthy habits within sport. It will continue to promote innovative actions aimed at fans such as “El Tercer Banquillo”, an experience created by the financial entity and the Club that allows Malaguista fans who are CaixaBank clients to experience a match at the foot of the pitch at La Rosaleda.
CaixaBank is also a member of “The MBC”, Málaga CF’s business club, and actively collaborates in its programming.
