Malaguista central defender, Bakary Koné was sent off in the match between Málaga CF and Athletic Club, and has been given ‘a one-match ban, for the double yellow card and subsequent expulsion’, by the RFEF’s federative committee.

The Burkinabe player will therefore miss out on the next League match in Vitoria against Deportivo Alavés.  Midfielders, Recio and Camacho, with three yellow cards, have received the most cards in the Blue and Whites’ squad so far this LaLiga Santander season.
