Málaga CF was in training at the Ciudad de Málaga this Wednesday morning. The hour and a half-long session under an intense heat, saw Koné and Charles training at full capacity. Kuzmanovic completed the first part of the session.
Like yesterday, priority was given to work using the ball, focusing on various exercises and mini-matches on a reduced-sized pitch. Bakary Koné and Charles Dias re-joined normal group training, whilst Kuzmanovic underwent half of the session with the team, retiring as a precaution in the second half due to discomfort to the Achilles tendon in his right foot.
Weligton and Keko remained in the gym to undergo recovery treatment from their respective injuries. Goalkeepers, Aarón and Samu Casado, plus striker, En-Nesyri were the reserve team players present in today’s session. Another, right-back, Iván Rodríguez, is recovering from the torn anterior cruciate ligament in his right knee in first team training, sustained three months ago. His development is positive during this time out of action.
Tomorrow, Thursday from 10:30, Málaga CF will resume training at the Ciudad de Málaga stadium.
