The MCF Academy team will have the chance to make up for the elimination from the Copa de Campeones at the hands of FC Barcelona in the quarter-finals. Football has no time for regret, and every weekend brings a new opportunity to keep growing.
The new objective of the Blue and Whites’ Juvenil DH team, after being proclaimed Group IV champions of the category, is to perform well in the Copa del Rey. The first step will be against Valencia CF in the 1/8 final. The first leg is taking place on Sunday 13th May, at 12:00, at the Ciudad Deportiva de Paterna. The return leg will take place the following weekend at Ciudad Deportiva de la Federación Malagueña.
The Malaguista squad will depart La Rosaleda stadium on Saturday 12th May to head to the Turia capital ahead of the match against the Ché team.

As well as the Malaguista Juvenil DH team, another Málaga team, CD San Félix will also be competing. The other team qualified to the Copa del Rey as one of the two best second-placed teams out of the 16 groups in the División de Honor category. CD San Félix will face Atlético Madrileño in the first round. The first leg away, the second leg at home.
