The defender from Torremolinos expressed his satisfaction after being informed: “To receive a call from the National Team is a proud moment for me and also a recognition for the youth team of Málaga Club de Fútbol. Last year I had the opportunity to go to a training session and I am delighted to be called up to take part in an official game. It is an important engagement for the national team and I go with the intention of helping the group to get a positive result in Finland”.
The international meet, which is part of the classification phase, will take place on Wednesday 11th August at 20.00 hrs, in the Arto Tolsa Areeena Stadium, Kotka (Finland). The footballer will have to Madrid, from where he will leave for Helsinki on Friday. The U-21s will stay together until 10th August in the Finnish capital and will later make the journey to Kouvola.
Once the game has ended, the team will return to Helsinki, where they will stay the night before returning tot Madrid on 12th August.
