After not playing the day before yesterday in the first of the two friendlies between these rivals, Ismael was in today’s starting-11, completing the entire first half plus 10 minutes of the second, being substituted by his teammate Xavier Sintes in minute 55.
Spain defeated Portugal by 3-2, making a comeback in the closing stages with goals from Alejandro Baena in 86’ and 92’.
