Isco, part of the starting 11 in the last match ahead of the Olympics against Mexico (1-0)
Málaga CF’s Isco Alarcón was included in the starting 11 of the Olympic team, in a match against Mexico tonight in Cádiz. Luis Milla’s team defeated their rival by 1-0 thanks to a goal from Javi Martínez in the 12th minute.
The Blue and Whites midfielder was on the pitch for the entire 90 minutes, with Spain having several chances to score. For this match, Milla could count on the European Champions, Mata, Javi Martínez and Jordi Alba.
Spain will debut in the Olympics on Thursday against Japan.
