The lads returned to training this Tuesday morning at La Rosaleda’s Annexe. The second session of the week focused on the physical, with Appiah at full pace. Tomorrow the team will rest.
As usual, the session kicked off at 10:30, prioritising the physical today with various specific exercises. In the second half of training, technical-tactical work with the ball took centre stage.
Appiah completed his second session with the group, which saw the reincorporation of Adrián (unregistered). Chavarría carried out normal training whilst Lumor is back and trained in the gym. Escassi and Ramón underwent specific treatment outside the group.
In regard to homegrown players, Carlos López worked alongside Manolo Reina and Yáñez. Andrés Caro, Cristian, Loren and Dani Lorenzo, starters last Sunday with Atlético Malagueño, trained at a lesser pace. Moussa, Olmo and Haitam continued with their respective recovery processes.
The team will rest tomorrow and return to training on Thursday at 10:30 at La Rosaleda.
