Information regarding the Campaign to increase chare Capital of Málaga Club de Fútbol
In relation to all those who have deposited sums on account – or have acquired shares in La Rosaleda, - with the motive of increasing the share capital of Málaga Club de Fútbol, the administration would like to announce that:
After having agreed at the last Shareholders Extraordinary General Meeting held last July 27th 2010, to cancel the campaign to increase the share capital, there are two different options offered to all those who have deposited sums or acquired shares at the ticket box offices or administration office at La Rosaleda Stadium:
- OPTION 'A': To formally receive title deeds for the purchase of shares to the value of 50 Euros per share. To do this you must present yourself at La Rosaleda before the 30th September 2010, during office hours, together with the corresponding form that was filled out at the time the shares were acquired or a bank deposit slip as proof of the credit deposited and also proof of identity.
- OPTION 'B': To receive a complete refund of the money paid plus legal interest on said sum. To apply for this option you have from 4th October 2010 until June 30th 2011 to present yourself at the offices of La Rosaleda during office hours with proof of identity (DNI or passport) and the bank receipt of deposit. You will be reimbursed 50 Euros per share plus the corresponding interest.
