Harper and Munir return to training

The Malaguista forward completed the first session with the group having overcome injury to his right ankle. Goalkeeper Munir is also back and Adrián trained normally.

Another training session for Málaga CF this morning at La Rosaleda’s Annexe. The big news of the morning was the return of Jack Harper. The Blue and Whites’ striker gradually re-joined his teammates in training, now he has recovered from the injury to his right ankle that forced him to be out of action for several weeks.

Goalkeeper Munir, absent from the last league game against Nástic due to international commitments, was back to work on Thursday with the Malaguista squad. Adrián, who underwent preventive training in the gym yesterday, also returned to normal training today.

Mula remained in the gym today as he is still recovering from his knee injury. Meanwhile, Luis Hernández and Juankar received physiotherapy treatment. Homegrown players Keidi, Antoñín and Chica, plus regular fixtures Iván Rodríguez, Hicham and Harper were part of first team training this morning under the orders of Muñiz.

The team will resume training tomorrow, Friday (10:00) at La Rosaleda’s Annexe to continue preparations for Sunday’s clash (16:00) with Extremadura UD.
