Gámez and Rondón return to training

Málaga CF underwent a training session on a hot Thursday morning between 10:30 and 12:15, in the ‘Ciudad de Málaga’ Athletics Stadium. The Blues and whites alternated between physical exercise and a full pitch practice game.

Coach Manuel Pellegrini divided the players into 3 groups of 7; wearing red bibs: Demichelis, Cazorla, Buonanotte, Camacho, Van Nistelrooy, Weligton and Jesús Gámez, who’s now returned to training; wearing yellow bibs: Seba, Sánchez, Isco, Malagueño, Eliseu, Maresca and Portillo; without bibs: Rosario, Monreal, Duda, Mathijsen, Recio, Joaquín and a back to full fitness Rondón.  As well as these 21, were keepers Willy and Rubén.

Juanmi and Kameni weren’t involved in group training, and carried out specific treatment in the gym, though the Cameroon keeper had a session on the pitch with goalkeeping coach Xabi Mancisidor.  Toulalan continues his recovery from a bone edema, meaning he’s not in the line-up in the next League match against Real Madrid, and injured Baptista remains in Brazil.

Tomorrow, Friday, at 10:30, MCF is training in the Ciudad de Málaga Stadium.
