Futu’s skill will continue to complement the attack

Málaga CF Femenino renews one of the team’s most iconic players for another campaign, who has already been associated with the Blue and White Club for eight years.

Míriam Córdoba Álvarez ‘Futu’ (Málaga, 1999) will complete her ninth year as a Malaguista in 22/23, counting her time with the former Club Atlético Málaga and the current team under the MCF name.

A small striker in stature, she has great intuition for goal around the rival area. Following the renewals of attackers Sonia Torralvo and Carmen Gómez, Futu offers a different profile with an ease to tip the balance of matches.

Her numbers last year 21/22 prove it. In 18 league games she scored seven goals in 1,017 minutes played. In other words, she scored a goal on average every 145 minutes of play, contributing to the team's brilliant league title in Primera Nacional Group 4.

Another warrior for the Malaguista project, aiming to fight for promotion in the new Segunda RFEF.
