Four of Málaga’s ‘Alevínes’ proclaimed Andalucían Champions

Nils, Rubén, Essel and Juan María, along with the rest of the Málaga team, are Champions of Andalucía following their 3-2 win over Sevilla in the XVIII ‘Alevínes’ seven-a-side Andalucían Championships.

The XVIII ‘Alevínes’ seven-a-side Andalucían Championships took place over the weekend, with Málaga proclaimed champions after winning every one of their games in the tournament.
The ‘Malagueños’ started off the competition with a 5-1 victory against Cádiz in the group stage.  They went on to a 0-3 win against Córdoba and 1-2 victory over Granada, in which Nils and Juan María were the highest goal-scorers in these matches.
Málaga faced Sevilla in the final, winning 3-2, with ‘Malaguista’ Nils scoring one of the goals that took his team to victory.
 
As well as the trophies and medals awarded to the winners, Essel received the award for ‘Best Player of the Tournament’ and Nils for ‘Highest Goal-Scorer’.
