Málaga Club de Fúbol landed at Maastrict airport yesterday to a very pleasant temperature. There was a similar climate during this morning’s training session at Rood Groen sports centre, located next to Kasteel Vaalsbroek hotel, where the Malaguistas are staying during the 2016/17 pre-season tour of central Europe.
During the hour-long session, the players focused on activation exercises to prepare for this afternoon’s match at the Kehrweg Stadium. An initial warm-up workout, followed by rounds and exercises with the ball ended the session.
At the end of training, first team coach, Juande Ramos had a chat with his players to go over tactical issues ahead of this afternoon’s game.
Sheikh Al Thani was present at the team’s first training session in Holland, along with sports director at the Club, Francesc Arnau.
