First session to get ready for RC Deportivo

The Málaga CF squad returned to training this morning at La Rosaleda stadium following Saturday evening’s victory (3-0) against Elche CF. The team is now preparing for the play-offs.

With barely no time to rest following last night’s game, under the orders of Víctor Sánchez del Amo the Malaguistas began preparations this morning for Wednesday’s match against RC Deportivo (21:00) at the Riazor Stadium. The session got off to a punctual start on the pitch at La Rosaleda, lasting for around an hour and a half.

The starting players from #MálagaElche exercised in the gym this morning, whilst the rest of the team trained on the pitch at a faster pace. David Lombán (sprain to the right knee) Cifu (blow to the left knee) and Seleznov, also trained in the gym.

Homegrown players Hicham and Kellyan (goalkeeper), along with the usual Keidi, Iván Rodríguez and Harper, were in first team training today under the instruction of Víctor Sánchez del Amo.

The team will resume training tomorrow, Monday (18:00) to continue preparations for Wednesday’s match against Dépor.
