The team kicked off today’s training with the usual warm-up and various activation exercises, before undertaking physical training. Lastly, the session ended with a match on a reduced sized pitch.
Argentine midfielder Esteban Rolón joined today’s training with the group, whilst Mikel and Benkhemassa were absent with the Club’s permission.
Adrián, Lombán and Keko trained in the gym this morning, although the winger stepped on to the pitch to continue his recovery, alongside physical trainer, Manu Gestoso.
Homegrown players, Kellyan, Gonzalo, Ismael, Juande, Cristo, Ramón, Hicham and Antoñín were part of first team training today under the orders of Víctor Sánchez del Amo.
Another training session is scheduled for tomorrow at 17:00.
