Final training session before match at the Vicente Calderón

Málaga Club de Fútbol’s last training session took place this morning at the Ciudad de Málaga athletics stadium, ahead of tomorrow’s 37th BBVA League game of the season against Club Atlético de Madrid at the Vicente Calderón, kicking off at 7 p.m.

Before the start of today’s session, the team held a minute’s silence following the death of Milagros Gómez, the mother of equipment manager, Miguel Zambrana.

The session consisted of continuous running, various physical exercises, rounds and a min-match.  Jesús Gámez, Flávio (preventive exercise in the lumbar region) and Sergio Sánchez, all worked in the gym this morning, whilst Tissone also continues his recovery from injury.  La Academia goalkeeper, Aitor, was in training with the first team again today.

The team is leaving Málaga’s María Zambrano station on a 9 a.m. train to Madrid tomorrow.
