Final training session before heading to the Bernabéu

Málaga CF was in training this Friday morning at La Rosaleda’s facilities. The session kicked off at the Annexe, and the team later stepped on to the main pitch at Martiricos, with Jony and Santos at full capacity.

A classic pre-match session, in which Marcelo Romero counted on goalkeepers; Kameni, Boyko and the reserve team’s Aarón, plus another 19 members of the team, including homegrown players; Luis, Ontiveros and Kuki Zalazar. Santos and Jony, having overcome their injury discomfort to the right calf muscle and left ankle respectively, took part in normal training.

Separately from the group, Sandro, Torres and Ricca continued with their respective recoveries, as well as those with long-term injuries, Weligton and Kuzmanovic (Switzerland). En-Nesyri will play his second match in the #CAN2017 today with Morocco, whilst Koné’s third match with Burkina Faso in the African tournament is taking place the day after tomorrow.

At 16:30, the called-up Blue and Whites’ players will head to Madrid on the AVE train, the day before #RealMadridMálaga (Saturday 21^st, 16:15).
