Escassi and Gallar return to the group

The Blue and Whites were back in training this Saturday afternoon on the main Martiricos pitch. The final training session before #MálagaLugo tomorrow (18:30, La Rosaleda).

Pepe Mel’s men stepped on to the pitch at 18:45. Activation exercises, tactics and strategy work with the ball took precedence during this evening session, which featured Alberto Escassi and Álex Gallar back in the group dynamic. Lumor remains on a trial period.

Outside the group, alongside physical trainer Toni Tapia, Juande, Chavarría, Ramalho and homegrown player Haitam alternated between running and specific training with the ball.

Andrés Caro, Bilal, Cristian, Dani Lorenzo, Loren and Juvenil goalkeeper, Izan Coulibaly were in first team training today. Homegrown players Víctor Olmo, Murillo and Moussa continued with their respective recovery processes.

Tomorrow, Sunday at 18:30, Málaga CF will be in action at La Rosaleda against CD Lugo on matchday 11 of LaLiga SmartBank.
