End of season point at home against Unión Viera (1-1)

The season came to an end this Saturday for Málaga CF Femenino. Juanma's team drew 1-1 with CF Unión Viera at the Francisco Romero ground on matchday 30, the last of Segunda Federación Grupo Sur.

The Blue and Whites arrived at this game in 8^th position with 44 points, compared to 28 for the rival, in 12^th place.

MCFF started with Andrea in goal; María Farfán, Águeda, Ruth and Carmen Aguilar in defence; María Cortés and Teté on the double pivot; Marilén and María Jiménez on the wings; and Nazaret and Monterroso upfront.

The Malaguistas got off to a good start and were dominant in the first half. The first goal stemmed from this insistence. María Farfán took a free kick that led to an own goal by defender, Maryame (1-0, min21).

Subsequently, the teams shared possession and Unión Viera managed to go level with a penalty converted by Patri (1-1, min37).

In the second half, Carmen Gómez and Olmedo came on for Teté and María Jiménez. This half got off to a fast-paced start that later eased off.

The substitutions of Carla Aguilar and Estefanía for Monterroso and Carmen Aguilar reactivated the team, particularly through the movements of the young player down the right wing.

The last local change led to the first team debut of Cadete central defender Conchita, who came on for Águeda.

The match ended in a 1-1 draw with the goals scored in the first 45 minutes.

With this result, Málaga CF Femenino finished in 9^th position with 45 points, accumulating 13 wins, six draws and 11 losses, scoring 40 goals and conceding 34.
