Stopping at the Cervezas San Miguel caseta, posing for the typical group photo on Calle Larios and speaking to the different media, the route of the Malaguista delegation visited the fair in the city centre today.
The Blue and White entity once again visited the Feria in the capital. After a first stop at the Cervezas San Miguel caseta in the Plaza de la Constitución, and the family photo, the Malaguista entourage began its tour of the streets of Málaga’s centro histórico.
The Malaguista expedition was led by general manager Kike Pérez, accompanied by Paco Martín Aguilar and José Antonio Ruiz Guerra, Club advisers; Loren Juarros, sporting director; and Sebastián Fernández 'Basti', representing the MCF Foundation.
The Malaguista representatives showed off their pint-pouring skills from the illustrious Cervezas San Miguel tap and enjoyed the great atmosphere of this traditional meeting point, toasting the season that begins on Saturday 26th August. They subsequently walked through the city centre, meeting the Malagueños and visitors who fill the streets this time each year.
Kike Pérez spoke to the Málaga media. Mid pre-season, the general manager of the Martiricos entity commented that “until August 31 anything can happen” and that they “have their eyes open” in the market. “We want to be sure of the signings, so they improve what we already have in the squad,” he said.
The general manager affirms that he focuses more on “the day to day” and believes that “friendlies are for practising, improving and testing our skills. We’re happy with the day to day and with the group we have right now. We are super happy with how the coaching team and the players are working every day,” he commented.
What a joy to attend our beloved fair. ¡Viva la Feria de Málaga!
