Elsa Sánchez Martínez (Madrid, 2006) is a talented young player who offers reliability on the left side of the defence, contributing effectively at both ends of the pitch.

At just 19 years of age, the left-back has built up extensive experience in the youth ranks of some of the most prominent clubs in the Madrid region and has also been called up by Spain's youth national teams.

Elsa previously played for Rayo Vallecano (2014/15), Atlético de Madrid during an initial spell (2015-18), Madrid CFF (2019-22), Olympia Las Rozas (2022/23), Getafe Femenino (2023-25), and most recently Atlético de Madrid ‘B’ in the 2025/26 season.

Over the past two seasons, Elsa Sánchez has competed in the Primera Federación Femenina, one division above MCFF, representing both Getafe Femenino and the rojiblanco reserve side.
