The Málaga CF squad resumed training this Thursday morning at La Rosaleda Stadium, focused on preparing for Sunday’s clash in Zaragoza.
After yesterday's morning session was cancelled due to adverse weather conditions in the capital, the Blue and Whites resumed training at around 11:00 today.
The players completed the first part of their workout at the Annexe and finished their session without incident at the Martiricos stadium. The excellent condition of the facilities and the pitch was highlighted, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the Club's maintenance staff.
International players Izan Merino, Ochoa, and Antoñito were absent from the session, while homegrown players Arriaza, Rafa, and Chupe joined the first-team squad, alongside goalkeeper Andrés Céspedes.
Dani Lorenzo and Ramón gradually reintegrated into the group and completed the training normally. Meanwhile, Juanpe and Haitam focused on recovery treatments in the gym.
Tomorrow, Friday, the team will have their second-to-last training session of the week at 10:30 at the Annexe. This session is part of their preparations for the upcoming match against Real Zaragoza at La Romareda, scheduled for Sunday 17th November at 21:00.
