Final session before travelling to Madrid

Málaga CF trained this Saturday at both the Annexe and La Rosaleda. It was their final training session ahead of tomorrow’s match against CD Leganés at Butarque.

The training session kicked off at 10:30 and was divided into two clearly defined parts. It began with a tactical talk and physical activation on the pitch next to the main stadium in Martiricos, followed by work focused mainly on small-sided games on three-quarter-length pitches and set-piece routines.

Alfonso Herrero trained normally for the second consecutive day, while Carlos Dotor rejoined the squad and looked in good shape. Puga combined group work with individual exercises, all carried out on the pitch.

Six players remain sidelined as they continue their respective recovery processes: Niño, Gabilondo, Moussa, Ramón, Luismi, and Pastor (not registered).

Academy goalkeeper Jorge Ruiz and Malagueño defenders Recio and Rafita trained with the first team.

This afternoon, the team will travel to Madrid ahead of the matchday 10 fixture of LALIGA HYPERMOTION, in which Málaga CF will face CD Leganés at Butarque tomorrow at 14:00.
