The midfielder will cease to be a player for Málaga CF on 30 June 2026, bringing his contractual relationship with the Martiricos-based club to an end.
Darko Brasanac joined the club in September last year, strengthening the midfield following Luismi Sánchez’s long-term injury.
In total, the Serbian midfielder made 15 appearances in the recently concluded 2025/26 season wearing the Blue and White shirt. He scored a memorable league goal in Eibar that helped secure a 2-4 victory at Ipurua, and his name will always be linked to the promotion to the First Division in Almería.
Beyond his contributions on the pitch, Darko’s influence was crucial thanks to his experience and leadership, serving a squad filled with young homegrown players from the MCF Academy.
