“This was a match we had to win. It was a team game and the substitutions were fundamental; Borja with that third goal, as well as ‘Onti’ and Juanpi, who made the two assists in the second and third goals. “From a personal aspect, the last 10 minutes felt a bit long, the virus I had on Monday and Tuesday caught up with me towards the end of the match. You run a lot, at times a little disorganised, as everyone is going for the same thing. The coach decided to make the changes somewhat sooner than normal as the game was moving like that, but luckily there were no injuries, just cramps and muscle strains. The goal? I don’t know how, but it went in, and we equalised. Thanks also to Borja who knew how to make the most of it and score the winner, which he needed. He was delighted and very emotional, hopefully he’ll continue to bring us a lot more of himself”.
