Charles completes a remarkable goal-scoring start

Spanish-Brazilian striker, Charles Dias de Oliveira has scored a total of six LaLiga goals. This is the best goal-scoring start of any Blue and Whites’ player, following 16 games played, since the 2008/09 season.

Charles has played 15 of the 16 LaLiga matches so far this 2015/16 season, scoring six goals during 1,232 minutes of play.  He opened his score sheet in the 7th match, scoring a hat trick in the victory against Real Sociedad (3-1) at La Rosaleda.  He scored again at home in the draw with Granada in the 13th match of the season (2-2), and again in the last two League matches which ended as victories for MCF: by 1-2 at Vallecas against Rayo and last Sunday at the Martiricos ground against Atlético de Madrid (1-0).
