Cazorla, who was in Spain’s starting eleven in the three preparatory matches ahead of Euro 2012, and also scored a goal, was substituted by Mata in minute 67, in a match in which the Spanish side were unable to convert their opportunities into goals. It wasn’t until the 84th minute that Vicente del Bosque’s team scored the winning goal, the work of Silva, against a very organised Chinese team, led by José Antonio Camacho.
