Camacho: “We gave our all on the pitch”

Málaga CF midfielder, Ignacio Camacho held a press conference in the mixed zone at La Rosaleda following this evening’s game against Sevilla FC: “We gave our all on the pitch, and even though we lost, at least we did all we could.”

Camacho believes Weligton’s expulsion in the first half was a determining factor: “From then on it was difficult.”

The ‘Malaguista’ talks about the Blue and Whites’ season: “We secured permanency, and although the final stretch was bittersweet, we must take stock of the fact that the options we had to qualify for Europe were due to our strong performance at the start of the League competition.”
