First team
Back to work at Málaga City Stadium

This afternoon at 18.00 hours, Málaga Club de Fútbol will train at La Rosaleda Stadium.

After a rest day yesterday, the malaguista first team returned to train this Wednesday, at 10.30 hours at the Málaga City Stadium. Training was based on circuit exercises, a double training game on half the pitch with indoor football goals, stretches until around 12.00 hours. Apoño – who had some medical tests in the morning, which were satisfactory, but will not play against Atlético – worked apart from the group running laps and working in the gym. Working at a slower pace, Weligton and Seba slightly injured, as well as Mtiliga who had a knock to his right heel, are all waiting to see how they progress. Enzo Maresca and Kris, who has recovered, trained normally. Rafa Gil practiced as coaching assistant to Pellegrini. As well as Recio, Portillo and Juanmi, another three pupils of Atlético Malagueño’s trainer were present: goalkeeper Fran, left back Sergio and midfielder Samu. Former malaguista canterano Popo, currently injured, visited the Club’s doctor Juan Carlos Pérez Frías.
