Another training session for Víctor Sánchez del Amo’s men, who returned with their batteries fully charged following a day of rest yesterday. Training took place at Marbella Football Center; part of the session was held in the gym and part on one of the training grounds at the sports facilities.

The Malaguista coach divided his team into two groups. One group worked in the gym during the first half of the session, whilst the other trained on the pitch with the ball. For the second half of training both groups swapped tasks.

The main news of the session was the return of Munir and Seleznov. The Moroccan international goalkeeper joined the concentration last night following his participation in the Africa Cup, whilst the Ukrainian forward also joined the pre-season stage last night, following permission from the Club to resolve family issues. Ricca was not in training as he’s in Belgium determining his future.

As well as Munir and Seleznov, injured Luis Hernández and David Lombán trained in the gym this morning, as they continue with the recovery from their physical problems.

The team will resume training this afternoon (19:00), this time at the usual training location (‘La Quinta Football’).
