An intense 90-minute session of technical-tactical training for Sergio Pellicer’s men today. The coach counted on all first team players for this morning’s session, in training at full pace, including Tete Morente, although Diego González retired from the session with physical discomfort. Keko (with the Club’s permission) together with Mikel and Keidi (both in the gym) were absent from training today.
Also part of training under the coach’s orders, from the reserve team – except from a physically fit Luis Muñoz – were Gonzalo, Kellyan, Hicham, Juande and Antoñín, as well as juveniles Ismael and Ramón. Also in training at a lesser pace, outside the group, was homegrown midfielder Iván Jaime.
The called-up Blue and White players will travel to Alicante by bus today. Tomorrow, Saturday at 21:00 Elche-Málaga will get underway, corresponding to LaLiga SmartBank matchday 26.
