Aurora: “It’s great to be back”

The homegrown player was back in action with the first team having been out for two years due to injury: “I felt very comfortable, the girls have been great”.

Return

“I’m back and feel great. I’m grateful to the coach for giving me this opportunity and trusting in me. Now I’ll continue working to see if, little by little, I can find a place on the first team. I’d love that”.

Good feeling

“I felt comfortable, it’s a good feeling. I know many of my teammates as I played with them two years ago, before my injury. They have all been great and made me feel like another member of the team”.

Hard-working victory

“They were a complicated rival. We got into the game from the start, which allowed us to score a goal in the opening minutes. We didn’t relax, kept on scoring and in the end claimed all three points”.

Antonio Contreras about Aurora

“When you bring a girl up from the ‘B’ team, people think you have to bring the best, but for me the best isn’t the one who plays the best football, it’s the one who possesses many values, like Aurora. I want to help her, and I will help her, but I haven’t given anything to her for free. She’s earned her place here, not just in two weeks, but in two years and two weeks”.
