“The preseason is done and dusted, and the competition begins this week and we are all eager to start. Costa del Sol? It was a general dress rehearsal; it went well because we all wanted to get a bit of confidence. We’ll have to see if our home debut will bring the three points. A team cannot do in five weeks what normally takes a year. A footballer constantly has to adapt and it was more so this year because we have a new coach. What we can do is to work keep on working cheerfully. A castle wasn’t built in a day, and the fans know it, they will do what they did last year, they are going to keep on supporting us”.
