The blood drive will take place from 9 a.m. until 2 p.m. and then again from 4:30 p.m. until 8:30 p.m., featuring some illustrious members of the Club such as Francesc Arnau, Javi Gracia, “Gato” Romero and Basti, amongst others. Málaga Club de Fútbol’s water provider, Alzola will also be collaborating. The healing properties and particular history of this water led to the honour of it being recommended and sold in pharmacies (“sold exclusively in pharmacies”), since the 20s.
Alzola will present every donor with a personalised bottle of water to mark their participation in the blood drive.
Sure fire success
The importance of giving blood is well known, and the main reason why the Málaga CF Foundation is involved in this ongoing event. In previous years, the success of the blood drives has been triple that of the number of donors in other similar events.
For this reason, we are giving away two tickets per donation for the Málaga-Getafe match to the first 500 ‘Malaguista’ donors who come to La Rosaleda.
Donors will be given a voucher which, once stamped by the members of the Regional Blood Transfusion Centre, will allow the ‘Malaguista’ fan to exchange it for two tickets before leaving La Rosaleda. The match between Málaga CF and Getafe CF is taking place on Friday 5th February at 8:30 p.m.
