A morning session with Gámez progressively integrated and Willy and Cazorla absent

Málaga CF trained this Monday in the La Rosaleda stadium. It was a day of physical recuperation for eight of the players who played at Anoeta against Real Sociedad, and a more intense hour and a half’s session for the rest of the Málaga first team.

Sergio Sánchez, Demichelis, Mathijsen, Monreal, Isco, Toulalan, Duda and Seba alternated between jogging and stretching under the supervision of auxiliary coach, Enrique Ruiz.  Willy Caballero was absent due to a light, grade one sprain on his left ankle; and Cazorla was also out with back pain.  However, neither the goalkeeper nor the midfielder will have problems in being available for the next league match.

On the other hand, Rondón worked normally with Edinho, Kris, Rosario, Joaquín, Portillo and Recio (with bibs); and Juanmi, Buonanotte, Camacho, Weligton, Apoño, Van Nistelrooy and Gámez, worked together, the latter is being progressively reintegrated with the group; whilst reserve goalkeeper Pol, and Rubén, worked under the order of coach, Xabi Mancisidor.

At the same time the injured Maresca, Eliseu and Baptista, continued their recovery treatments in the gym.

Tomorrow, Tuesday, Málaga Club de Fútbol will have a day off.
