After the usual antigen tests, the team moved on to the Annexe pitch at around 10:30. Initial physical training, rounds in groups, technical exercises with the ball followed by final stretching exercises made up this second session of the week.
For the second consecutive day, Genaro, Juande, Chavarría, Vadillo and Hicham were part of the group dynamic. A total of 22 players plus four goalkeepers were in training at a good pace, with the addition of ‘juvenil’ keeper Santi in action with his homegrown teammates Santos and Strindholm, plus Dani Martín. In addition, reserve team members Ismael Gutiérrez, Kevin and Roberto took part in the session.
Dani Barrio was again absent due to personal reasons with the Club’s permission, whilst Antoñín underwent specific training in the gym, along with long-term injured player, Luis Muñoz.
Tomorrow, Wednesday from 10:30, another training session is scheduled at La Rosaleda Stadium’s facilities.
