Acceptance of the legal terms
Participation in the promotional action implies full and unconditional acceptance of these legal terms.
What is this draw about?
It consists of access to the preferential purchase of two tickets to attend the match between UD Las Palmas and Málaga CF: playoff semifinals for promotion to the first division, which will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 9:00 PM at the Gran Canaria Stadium, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
- Access to the preferential purchase of a maximum of two (2) tickets to attend the match will be raffled
- Tickets will not be provided for free under any circumstances. Each winner must bear the cost of the ticket
- The ticket cost does not include transportation
Participation requirements
- Only individuals who are season ticket holders or Malaguista cardholders for the current 25/26 season will have access to the preferential purchase
- Similarly, the companion must also be a season ticket holder or Malaguista cardholder for the current season
- Under no circumstances will a person who is not a Málaga CF season ticket holder or affiliated through a Malaguista card for the current 25/26 season be entered into the draw or sold a ticket
- Only one participation per season ticket number/Malaguista card is allowed
- The season ticket holder's details must match the season ticket number provided during registration
- The winner must be one of the individuals attending the match. Under no circumstances may they transfer their ticket
When will the action take place?
The match will take place on Sunday, June 7, 2026, at 9:00 PM at the Gran Canaria Stadium, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria.
The ticket does not include transportation.
When will we contact the winners?
- The draw will close on Tuesday, June 2, at 11:59 PM
- We will contact the winners by phone. The phone number contacted will be the one associated with the season ticket/Malaguista card number that has won
- If the winner cannot be reached after the second phone call, we will proceed to contact the next participant in the selected ranking, and the previous winner will lose their right to purchase
- We will contact the winners on Wednesday, June 3, and Thursday, June 4.
Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants who fail to comply with the promotion rules. The Organizer will not be held responsible in any case for non-compliance by the participants.
Processing of personal data
In compliance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, of April 27, 2016, on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (GDPR), as well as in compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you of the following aspects related to the processing of collected personal data:

· Purpose of processing: The collected personal data will be processed to manage participation in this draw and to provide the prize to the winner.
· Legal basis for processing: The legal basis for processing is the consent of the participant, expressed through participation in the draw. The participant has the right to withdraw consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
· Data sharing: Personal data will not be processed by third-party companies or organizations.
· Exercise of rights: The participant has the right to access their personal data, as well as to request the rectification of inaccurate data or, where appropriate, request its deletion when, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. The participant may request the limitation of the processing of their data, in which case we will only retain it for the exercise or defense of claims, when legally applicable. In certain circumstances and for reasons related to their particular situation, the participant may object to the processing of their data. In this case, the Company will stop processing the data, except for legitimate reasons, or the exercise or defense of possible claims. Finally, we inform you of your right to data portability as provided in the GDPR so that your data can be provided to the Data Controller indicated by the participant. Applicable law and jurisdiction
The Organizer and the participants in the draw submit to Spanish law and expressly waive any other jurisdiction, submitting to the courts and tribunals of the city of Málaga for any dispute that may arise between them, unless one of the parties is a consumer, in which case they will submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile.
