Bio

A man of the house who belonged to Málaga during his career as a player (1995-97). As coach, he made history with the Juvenil 'A' winning Spain’s Copa de Campeones (2015/16). This title gave the Club the chance to take part in the UEFA Youth League for the first time. The following two seasons he alternated between second coach and technical assistant with Málaga CF. After a brief spell with RC Deportivo’s reserve team, he returned to the entity to head up Atlético Malagueño, taking on the role of first team coach during the 2019/20 season. An outstanding year and a half in the Joaquín Peiró dugout at La Rosaleda, and subsequent career at CF Fuenlabrada in 21/22. In January 2023, three years after his debut with MCF, he returns with a contract that extends until 2024.
