A homegrown coach who began his managerial career very young in his hometown, Loja. He later gained experience at El Palo in Group 9 of the Tercera División before beginning his journey at the Club with Atlético Malagueño in the 20/21 season. With the blue-and-white reserve team, he developed and brought through numerous academy players who made their debut and established themselves at Málaga CF, in addition to competing in the promotion playoffs in every season he spent on the bench alongside Francis Bravo. In 24/25, as group champions, he achieved promotion to the Segunda Federación. Then, in 25/26, following Sergio Pellicer’s departure, he “moves up” to the first team to take on the role of head coach starting from Matchday 15 of LALIGA HYPERMOTION.
